How much history do you need before it is useful?
Enough for each part of a trading year to have happened once — typically twelve months, so the seasonal shape and the holidays are in the data. Newer sites borrow the shape of comparable ones in the estate until they have their own.
Why report accuracy three ways instead of one?
Because a single headline number hides exactly where planning goes wrong. Weekday demand is the easiest to predict and the cheapest to miss; holidays are the opposite. Reporting them apart tells a manager how much slack to leave, instead of flattering the model.
Does it publish rosters or place orders by itself?
No. KYRIOS proposes, prices and explains — a person applies the recommendation, approves the schedule and releases the order. The proposal and the decision are recorded separately, so it stays clear which was which.
What happens when an external signal is wrong or missing?
The forecast falls back on the signals it does have and its confidence drops, which shows on the store row rather than being buried. A missing feed degrades the number honestly instead of silently.
Does it replace our rostering or purchasing systems?
No. KYRIOS produces the plan; your rostering and purchasing systems stay the record and the place it is executed. It reads from them and writes proposals back into them.
