Privacy Policy

How Quantumoo Limited handles personal information collected through this website. We have written it in plain language rather than in the usual formula, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

Who we are

Quantumoo Limited is a New Zealand company based in Auckland. We are the agency responsible for the personal information described here, and we handle it under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What this website collects

This site does not require you to identify yourself in order to read it. Personal information reaches us in only one way: when you choose to fill in the contact form.

That form asks for your first and last name, business email address, job title, the country or region you are in, your company and its size, which product you are interested in, and a description of what you would like to talk about. A phone number is optional. You can also tell us whether you would like to receive occasional updates — that is a choice you make, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your enquiry.

The form also carries two hidden fields and a timestamp. They exist only to tell automated submissions apart from real ones. They collect nothing about you.

What happens to it

A completed form is sent to us as an email, to info@quantumoo.ai. This website does not keep a database of enquiries; the email is the record. We use what you tell us to answer you, and to have the conversation you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Three service providers necessarily handle it on our behalf: Microsoft, who host this site; our email provider, who carries and stores the message; and Cloudflare, whose anti-spam check runs at the moment you press send. Their servers may be located outside New Zealand, which means your information may be stored or processed overseas. We choose providers we consider able to protect it to a comparable standard, and we do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes.

Server logs

Like any website, this one is served by a web host that keeps standard technical logs — the IP address a request came from, the time, the page requested and the browser used. We use these only to keep the site working and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Cookies, tracking and fonts

This site sets no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you to other sites. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it stores no identifier on your device and is not used to build a profile of you.

The contact form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells a person apart from a script so that our inbox is not flooded. To do that it receives your IP address and some technical signals from your browser. It sets no advertising cookie and is not used for advertising.

Your choice of light or dark appearance is remembered in your own browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The typeface this site uses is served from our own servers rather than from a font network, so that simply reading a page does not disclose your IP address to a third party.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only while we have a genuine business reason to — to answer you, and to keep a record of a conversation we are still having — and we review it periodically and delete what we no longer need. If you would like us to delete your enquiry sooner, ask us and we will.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, and the form is transmitted encrypted. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise; if a privacy breach ever occurred that was likely to cause serious harm, we would notify the people affected and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, as the Privacy Act requires.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us for confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, ask to see it, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. There is no charge for asking, and we will respond within 20 working days. If we cannot agree to a correction, you may ask us to attach a statement of the correction you sought.

You can also ask us to stop sending you updates at any time, and we will.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled this

Tell us first — write to info@quantumoo.ai and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Visitors outside New Zealand

We welcome enquiries from anywhere. If the law where you live gives you stronger rights over your personal information than the Privacy Act does, tell us what you are asking for and we will do our best to meet it.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.

Get started

Start with one workflow

Tell us where the work actually sits. We map that one workflow end to end — what the AI would propose, what a person decides, and the evidence each step leaves behind.

  • One workflow mapped end to end, with the human gates named
  • Start from your sector’s pack, not a blank canvas
  • A governed deployment sized — residency, audit trail, approvals
